Time Flies when Friends are around..

Sob sob.... my friends will be leaving today...

We woke up early in the morning hoping we're lucky enough to see the Orang Utan at Semenggoh because Hoyoyi wanna find a BF... hehe.. Just kididng. She's been wanting to see a real life Orang utan in the wild for a long time... We got there a little later then 9am, today there's only 4 orang utan came out to eat..which is a good sign. Because that's mean the rest know how to find food in the jungle and not depending the center to feed them. Which is the purpose of the rehabitation center.



After semenggoh...I took them to our famous Kuching LadyBoys laksa.. yum yum
Then off to downtown for a walk.



Achinawati came to join us at lunch break to be one of the cam whore. hahaha


I really enjoy them coming over here...thou we always chat on msn or sms... still nothing beat realtime hang out. I gonna miss them very much... Guess it's our turn to fly over for some hangout time... (^__^) Wait for me ya!

Touring Sarawak Culture Village

Today we're trying our luck to get into Cultural Village with our special pass. If not...each of us have to pay at least $45 to get in. Luckily the guard let us in with our sweet talk...

We're so hungry,because someone took our breakfast voucher away so we went to the village canteen to get some food... we're told they only have Laksa. ON lah.. then we wait...and wait... after 30 mins...the waitress came over...Sorry ah..no more laksa... we're still cooking U have to wait. UHh?? fine... we go catch the show first... after we done with the show...we went back asking for our laksa... What? still cooking? what a service.... off we go around the village taking picture with our empty stomach.



Although with empty stomach...we totally forgot about it when we're in front of camera...heheheh


We went back to Kuching after pick up our "Limau Picker". Then took a good nap before we head to topspot for seafood dinner. What a day...

RainForest World Music Festival 2007 : FINALE

What a night... we all didn't really get a good sleep. Everyone are wore out. Half of the guys were playing, drinking, swimming + partying at the beach...the other half are playing mahjong in the room...and ONE is sleeping.

Today is the Final day of the festival. We went to Buntal for brunch...then head back to the hotel to continue some sleep. Else I'm sure tonite we all gonna sleep on the floor at the concert.


Everyone look tired tonite... or it's because no alcohol? When I went back to join them..they all just sit on the floor...until the Inka Marka group played the "guantanamera" song..Suddenly all the SPG seem to awake...singing the song together...


Half way through the show... my camera battery die off & I got my excuse to join the group. I was tired stainding up for 2 days and not enough sleep. Me & hoyoyi just sat on the ground while enjoying the music..we chit chat. Our poor Kailow just sat there..looking blank. Half of our group head back to Kuching before the show finish because they need to work the next day. I never attend the finale before, this year we decided to stay for the finale... it's really great and sad to say goodbye... we all looking forward for next year rainforest world music festival... hope more friends will be able to join us. Those who FFK... you missed out the fun. Don't promise me next year you'll come OK. hehehee...

RainForest World Music Festival 2007

I was waken up at 830am! man...I wanna sleep more..but can't. Today we're going RAINFOREST WORLD MUSIC FESTIVAL 2007! it's my 3rd time and I'm not gonna miss it ever...unless I'm not in Kuching. We're very glad to have FREE 3 DAYs pass with special benefit. Thanks to HOYOYI. Else we'll have to pay for it...some more gave me opportunity to practise my photography skill..which is kinda sucks... haha.

Anyway... Early morning...we went to Golden Arch for break fast.. Hoyoyi been request it for more then a year. She finally got it...Golden Arch's laksa is still the best. We both like it very much. Slurp...talking about it will make me hungry. So after breakfast we went to Floridale to meet up to go Santubong together. Even thought we have free passes, we didn't go on Friday because we wanted to stay in Kuching for some fun time. (^_^)



While at Floridale...we make it into a photo studio...hee hee hee...
been some time I took photo with hoyoyi...when we're together...we like to take a lot of pic..


After everyone showed up..we off to Santubong. This year we didn't go to any workship because when we arrived Damai Beach, it's already about 3/4pm. All the guy can't wait to jump into the sea and have a swim. They lepak until 6pm. When we got to the entrance it's packed with people...lining up to get it. Again we're so lucky..thanks to Hoyoyi... we get to do the Express pass because of the special pass we got..hee hee.



The show started with Mah Meri the Orang Asli group from West Malaysia. It's a great show, a little slow. But I think it's very nice. I think the organization is very smart to slowly bring the hype up with mellow performance first. Then they bring you into the more hot and hip bands. I was busy taking photo most of the time in the front line. This year I don't need to squeeze with the crowd for a good view. But I can't just dance and shout out loud as I like...cause all the other photographers are very serious...

Of coz I gonna have some fun... I took a break and join my friends back in the field...


The show continue with few more performance. I enjoyed the Aseana Drum very much... When they start playing in the mid of the crowd...I ran over & manage to squeeze into the center...right there with the drummer. It's really SHIOK! next year I'll bring video camera...the sound..the beat..the scream... Everyone were high the enrgy is unbelievable strong.


Although this year we couldn't smuggle alcohol in... our SPG still very much enjoy the show till the end...we continue the party back at the beach in front of our hotel room...The guys doesn't seem to get tired at all... they haven't been sleeping well since friday night...except ONE GUY lah...(^_^)


Finally at 0615am....
I can call it a night and have some peace... not until the chu chu train start running....

SPG TIME!

It was a Crazy Friday... whole morning I was busy running some errands and getting ready for my Friends to come in from KL and I was expecting... Kai + J & J only. When I was waiting at the Airport...I have a feeling..... A feeling that Hoyoyi is in the airport as well... So when I look into the arriving hall... I saw people coming in..then I saw a thin walking stick coming out.... haha.. She's here. I was really really happy to see her. THANKS FOR MAKING IT BABE. MUAX!!! it won't be the same without you.

After they touched down... we went for dinner and off to party time with all the SPG. It was a great night...we had so much laughter and funny shits. Our imported Drinker was drunk before the clock hit 12am. What a Shame for the SPG from Selangor. Haa haa...



By the time we got home..it's already 3am.
