The Biggest Surprise Of the Year

It's the Smarty Pant's Birthday and he thought nobody can out smart him...
Let me show him who's the real Master Mind & give him a Birthday Present he'll never forget. Hee hee hee...

Surprise was planned few weeks ahead in advance, everyone who wanted to get even with W are invited and everyone who like to see how we get him are there. I'm glad there's so many of his friends turn out that night because the gound zero was set at camp permai...a little bit far for most of Kuchingite where we can get anywhere in less then 15 mins..Permai is a 45+min drive and there's about 30 head turn out that nite. Oh..We even have our Selangor Party Gang flew in from KL - Mr Kailowz for the big party.

W was lure to camp permai early in the afternoon,...Thinking it should be a smooth plan..we'll just check in to the 'lomantic' tree house, enjoy the wind at the balcony, listen to the sound of waves, reading our book, a walk at the beach...until dinner time for all the pranker to get here & ready for the "big plan"...Who knows, the smart Permai staff broke the 1st secret by asking our SPG member's check in @ the cabin & the BBQ arrangement. I was trying to deny all the arrangement saying they made a mistake..but the guy is too smart...he show me the payment slip! I got no way to BEND it anymore with that "prove"...I burst out laughing and sayto him "it's suppose to be a surprise!" he look really sorry at me...and says 'Ohh...I'm sorry'...

Along the way to the tree house W just keep on laughing that SPG failed the mission. So, he tried to be out smart our "initial" plan. Telling me not to tell the gang he found out what's going on...Of coz I pretend to be on his side......and he thought there's only a few kittens from SPG gonna be there for his Bday...

What he doesn't know is...there's more then he thought...and we're smarter then him!

After ?kgs of flour...6 dozen of eggs....few pack of sands...

The party's over...

I would like to Thanks the big & small guys from Diving Group for all the Creative Counter Attack Tactics...it was sure tiring and full of FUN. Thanks to the X Group for all the food, setting up fire & feeding the hungry guys so they have energy to revenge for us. Thanks to members of SPG for the coordination, cleaning up & being great helper. I hope everyone had a good time...I'm sure our Birthday Boy enjoy it very very much. Right W?

NEXT YEAR...SAME DATE...SAME TIME...?

** Big Thanks to Ben1 for the photo.

It's Christmas!

Last year Christmas...I got a lot of presents from Santa... this year christmas.... Uhh is there a christmas? or because I've been a very very naughty girl. I don't feel like it's a christmas at all... may be because we're at a small boring unfestive town. Believe it, there's still Raya deco hanging on the street...

The SPG were invited to have brunch at the Famous restaurant in Sarikei, Hua Hua restaurant.. They have a very nice & cute waitress over there name Achinawati. If you ever visit S'kei.. go to Hua Hua Res. and ask for her..she'll serve you a lot of yummy food.

After brunch..we decided to go to Semangkoi National Park...it's just a 20mins drive from the Pineapple town...it's a place we used to hang out...go picnic...swim and pak toh so we don't get caught by parents when we're young. It's funny to be back there..seeing the place still remain the same after so many years...well,..there's some improvement with the resort and cafeterria...

*Semangkoi is a deadly area... a lot of car accidents happened there...when we left Sarikei on the 27,...we saw an accident over there...Drive carefully Plz.

On our way back from Semangkoi...we went to check up a piece of land. It's a rough drive in...it's hard to imagine..only a 15 mins drive from the main road and the condition of the road to go in is really bad...rocky & narrow. Luckily all of us in the car are not over weight...We parked the car on the side when we reach the point and start walking into the unknown....

Suddenly we met an Iban Oldman who lives there,..I was afraid he'll be holding a hunting gun and ask us to leave his compound like the redneck in Texas...instead,he bring us into the river area and show us around..He & his family lives in a wooden house build by themselves and there's no electricity...there's no furniture..just a very humble house. They serve us the fruit from their land.. The Wild Durian & Langsat...Such friendly people....not much found in the city these days. When's the last time you invite strangers into ur home and serve them?..my mom will scream at me...

After'all I do get to feel the Christmas spirit from the Iban family...They share their food...and bring us warmth in heart. we should have bring something for the kid as christmas present...but we didn't know there's a family staying there...& I don't even remember it's christmas day...Oh well,..always have next trip...

LuLian..LuLian

When driving back to SillyK, we saw a lot of durian on the road side all the way start from serian...to LaChau then until Sarikai. I'm not a Durian fan...but I don't mind to have a few taste of it when it's the Durian season. We're invited to a Durian Orchard on the christmas eve in Kanowit, a 45mins drive from Sarikei.I thought we'll have to climb some hills...or walk in the jungle...steps on some snakes...but turn out It's a very clean orchard..just beside the road!

It's Amazing..The owner had a really nice & clean orchard. They even build a small house in there. The angmo have turkey for christmas dinner..and we had a lot of Lulian for our christmas...of coz we get to bring a full basket back to S'kei as well...

Man..the Lulian smell stayed in the car for more then 4 days! And it's worth it!!... such a nice quality lulian..we have it everyday until the last day... hee hee...blurpp.....

Love Forever YoungMan!

In the morning of 23 Dec, we drove back to Sarikei for a close friend's Wedding...We nearly miss it as we over slept until 6am+ hee hee...initial departure is at 5am...Luckily we still have time to rush back.

After about 5 hours drive..we finally reach our destination. I felt an excitement because the last time I was back in S'kei was half+ yr ago, that trip is a memorable one (just for me)...and I don't remember when was the last time I take a road trip back...When we reach the semangkoi hill... I feel so happy. All the memory came back....the time I was in Skei... Hmmm...

We arrive on time for the wedding lunch, exactly 30 mins before...we quickly get change and went to the HH restaurant just behind...that's the good thing about S'kei,.. everywhere is so NEAR! There's a lot of familiar faces at the wedding,...old friends.. or faces I saw before...it's a really nice feeling..and you felt as you're already "OLD" when you know how to appreaciate "old time"...or I should says.. You're OLD when you keep thinking about "Old Time".

Young Love Always

S.P.G 鬧洞房啦!

So basically my christmas break was spent in the pineapple town..No,..I didn't get to decorate the christmas tree with pineapple...too bad. S'kei is a very small town... there's almost nothing to do but sitting at the Kopitiam and BS with friends until it's time to go home...I don't think I'll move back to M'sia if our home is still in S'kei...(^_^)
